Diamate Poem

Today we learn how to write a Diamate Poem. A Diamate Poem is in a shape of a diamond because of certain rules.

First you put one adjective, then you need two nouns, tree ing words, then you need four nou

ns or a short phrase, then you need tree more ing words, two more nouns, then a another adjective that means the same thing.There is two types of Diamate poem - synonym that have a similar meaning and there is anther one called an antonym that means it is the opposite. Here is a synonym one that I made.

My Old Tom Picture

Today Leigh Hobos came to our school Leigh Hoobs helped us draw 3 pictures but I had to deiced out of 1 which is Old Tom. Leigh Hobos is a illustrate and a writer http://www.leighhobbs.com.au/ that is the Leigh Hoobs website. I liked Leigh Hoobs coming to our school. We watched a move how Old Tom was borne Leigh Hobos wants Old Tom to be a 7 year old boy. We mete someone last year he helped us make some cars. I love my Old Tom drawing I chose Old Tom because he was the best out of Horrible Harriette and Mr Chickn. I have meat 2 writers so far I never meat 1 in prep. I wich I did. I'll tell you why I am writing in orange it;s because Old Tom is orange.
